We hereby highlight the main principles that guide our relationship with our customers, who buy our products and expect a secure, safe and expedite delivery of their purchases

 

  1. Amazonia´s sales and shipping policy exist to protect the customer's interests first. If we argue excellence in our products can´t do less when it comes to our clients.

  2. Deliveries that do not match your order, please contact us and will replace missing units on an immediate basis, usually 48 hours.

  3. If a package arrives damaged, Amazonia will replace and reship at no cost to you all damaged items within 48 hours of being notified of the damage.

  4. Food product sales are usually made under a no refund policy, except when the product does not conform with the declared specifications or unless the physicochemical specs are not met. Because our main fruit ingredients are natural, you may sometimes find subtle differences in color, as we do not add any additives to change or preserve color.

  5. Delivery time from Amazonia may take 3-5 days and even 8 days depending on specific flavor availability. Transit time can range from 1-5 business days depending on where you are in the country. All orders placed after 12:00 pm EST is considered received the following day.

  6. Depending on the best packing arrangement products could be sent in separate packages (there is a limit on how many glass bottles fit securely into each box). If the balance of your package doesn't arrive within 5 business days, please contact us

  7. You may cancel an order at any time before your order ships. You may cancel an order by contacting the Happy Flavor line:

  8. Our shipping rates are those of USPS, with whom we agreed to specific packing arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Any international customer interested in either buying Amazonia´s products or representing our brand as a sales agent can contact us directly and we will direct you to our international network of distributors or sale points that are known to us. 
Considering international shipping rates are prohibitive. We ship wholesale to our distributors, so you can get the product at a much lower price than if you buy it directly from us.
