Ingredients: (for 4 servings)
4 portions of beef tenderloin (250 g each.)
1 tablespoon of pepper mixture (pink, white and black).
1/8 teaspoon of Nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 cup of Amazonia® Pineapple Bliss Sauce.
1 large onion - cut in julienne.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of chopped pineapple
Salt to taste.
Clean the piece of tenderloin, wrap it tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate it. Then
Cut into 4 portions of 250 g each.
In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and add the julienne onions and let it brown. Add the cup of Pineapple Bliss Sauce, with the water, and let it boil for 10 minutes.
Whisk together the spices and sprinkle over the beef tenderloins.
Add salt and place them on the grill, turning them periodically until you get the desired cooking term.
Remove meat from the grill and serve it with the sauce.
Accompany it with mashed potatoes.
