6 Salmon Fillets
150g of cream cheese
1/2 cup thin chopped cilantro
4 thin cut sweet peppers (without the seeds)
12 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of Amazonia Passion Fruit Delight
70 g. of Alfalfa Sprouts
Spread the cream cheese evenly on top of the Salmon fillets , sprinkle the thin chopped cilantro and sweet pepper.
Roll the fillets, cut in two each roll and serve with alfalfa and cherry tomatoes seasoned with the Amazonia Passion Fruit Delight.
